It is not that dumb a question Mike, Desktop web servers are not in many applications. The only ones I know of and most obviously are Internet desktop applications such as the OPML Editor. I would definatly class a ‘Desktop Web Server’ differently from a ‘Personal Web Server’ that is part of your OS.
