The features offered are quite confusing and some of them don't look very useful... Basically it looks like what IE has hidden away in it's "Internet Options" section, Cibernaut brought it out in the open.. The personal search engine feature is just not worth it, could be better if it was toned down. However, if you don't delve deeper and use it just to "browse" around the web, it's ok.. not very different than what you have in IE.
