A group of web 2.0 entrepreneurs and enthusiasts will be getting together in central London this coming Monday, May 22, 2006. This is an open event, please attend if you like.
Location: Pitcher & Piano, 69-70 Dean Street, Soho, London
Time: 7 pm onwards
Please feel free to reblog this and invite others. I can be reached on my US cell at +19253240713.
UPDATE: GNR, the .name domain registry, is sponsoring the event and will purchase the first GBP200 worth of drinks. Thank you, GNR! You can say thank you by registering a .name domain name at your favorite domain name registrar (I have one, arrington.name).

Mike,
Any chance we could persuade you to hop over to Dublin for a night or two and check out whats happening here?

Ack!
I’d completely be there, except i’m off on Sunday night to go hang out with a stealth-mode startup in the US for a couple of weeks.
Hopefully it won’t be too long before TechCrunch London Web 2.0.2 or something.
Looking forward to it.
would be great to meet you Mike. I look forward to meeting a fellow web20 workgroup member!
Can’t make the 22nd
.. well i guess your $85,000 a month will Strech to coming back for a proper london techcrunch party another time
Wow, how cool about GNR and the drinks! Not too shabby! Will get my .name!
Looking forward to it.
Ooh, a bit short notice unfortunately, at least for those with businesses to run
Hope everyone has fun anyway! I swear I’d go to more of these events if I could schedule them
Bah, I’ll be in Kentish Town seeing Dirty Pretty Things then… Why couldn’t it have been the 23rd?
Great idea. See you there!
The chance to meet Mike Arrington AND get free drinks? Too much, surely….
See you there.
Good Idea, but bad that i read it today on sunday evening. A bit to late for me to get a flight from germany
Anyway, have fun!
Great idea. Unfortunately, it’s the wife’s birthday and we have a table booked – so I shall be there, but at 7.00 sharp and briefly.
sounds excellent, I’ll be there.
After reading your blog for a while, I’m happy to finally get the chance to meet you. Looking forward to tonight!
Too good an opportunity to miss. I’ve told the wife that we can celebrate our anniversary tomorrow, and that she should try not to go into labour today. The guys here can do the interview for Newsnight for me. On my way to the airport now.
Count me in
Jim, excellent prioritization. See you there.
Mike – when are you coming to Australia?
– Clay
I missed your TechCrunch party in the pitcher, I live way up north now in Perth, Scotland. Searching for web 2.0 entrepreneurs and enthusiasts and there seems to be nothing up here in the sticks except OAPs and a few chavs.
I am trying to find dynamic people to hook up with to help build a really good e-business. I have looked around and there are one or two good companies but know one has flicked the switch. If anyone is interested or has any advice please get in touch, thanks
