		<description>If you want to expand your network for job-sourcing, why not franchise it?  Do like &quot;Craig&#039;s list&quot; for jobs - allow those of us that have an interest to use your current work to build our own local job-sourcing sites without having to start from scratch?

Sure, I could throw together a RoR job sourcing site, but it wouldn&#039;t be as powerful as a network of job sourcing sites.  So don;t look for other big players - find small ones - makes the server viral, and not just the service.
