It’s a good day when I see a company get the attention it deserves after we write about them on TechCrunch. Congrats to ProtectMyPhotos.

  1. [...] Looks like the TechCrunchers are glad to see ProtectMyPhotos getting the attention it deserves. 4.6 million photos were uploaded in the 5 days since the post. What, no extra love for earFeeder? [...]

  2. Lousy Customer Service and cancellation of account New!
My account with ProtectMyPhotos.com expired. I never received a notice of renewal (they can’t provide a copy of an email to me stating that my account was up for renewal) and now, not only did they cancel my account, they will not let me renew (and they aren’t taking new customers) and all my files have been deleted. I can’t believe they would treat a great customer this way! Please do not recommend this company to anyone. They don’t deserve it.

  3. Robin,

None of your pictures were ever deleted. Your account was disabled 2 weeks after the END of your paid term. During the year you had our service, we provided the full service to you. We aren’t accepting renewals right now but, as a courtesy, I have re-enabled your account until the end of the month.
