		<description>Lousy Customer Service and cancellation of account New! 
My account with ProtectMyPhotos.com expired. I never received a notice of renewal (they can&#039;t provide a copy of an email to me stating that my account was up for renewal) and now, not only did they cancel my account, they will not let me renew (and they aren&#039;t taking new customers) and all my files have been deleted. I can&#039;t believe they would treat a great customer this way! Please do not recommend this company to anyone. They don&#039;t deserve it.</description>
