Marc's appreciation for the staff of the Stanford ER is fully justified. His and Laura's gift will make a profound difference to this community, yet there remains much room for others to step up and get personally involved. I am at the Stanford Office of Medical Development and would be very glad to share more about the plans and vision of the Stanford Emergency medicine team with anyone who is interested. Thanks. -- elliot.klein@stanford.edu
